This recipe is very quick. Lot of things can be made in advance for later use. The kids love it, it’s good for lunch boxes, snacks, picnic baskets and much more.
Ingredient:
For Chutney:
- Mint Leafs : 10-15
- Coriander Leaves : 10-15
- Green Chillies: 1 big size
- Garlic Cloves: 2-3
- Yoghourt: 1 Cup
For Dough:
- Salt: As Per Taste
- Oil: For Kneading
- Water : For Kneading
For Chicken:
- Boneless Chicken : Half Chest Piece
- Tikka Masala : 1 Tbsp Full
- Vinegar : 1 Tbsp Full
- Soy Sauce : ½ Tbsp
- Oil : 2 Tbsp Full
Method
Step 1:
Make Chutney First:
In a blender add all green leaves with garlic clove and a little bit of water. Blend well for 3-4 minutes mix in yoghurt add salt and set aside.
Step 2:
Marinate Chicken with all ingredients and leave for 15-20 minutes
Step 3:
In a bowl add flour and salt, mix, add water gradually. Kneading well. Apply Oil for avoiding stickiness add oil gradually knead salt and smoot dough apply oil on top cover and set aside
Step 4:
In a frying pan add marinated chicken. Cover for 5 minutes then fry until the water gets dry. Leave for 5 minutes
Step 5:
Make small balls, flatten them with a rolling pin. Hot pan. Cook paratha, Apply Oil / Ghee
Step 6:
On top of paratha spread green chutney, Set Chicken pieces.
Sliced Onion, Mayonnaise, Roll And Enjoy
