Aalu Ki Bhujiya is a traditional Pakistani breakfast dish made from sautéed potatoes, onions, and spices. It is often served with paratha or naan bread and is a popular Sehri (pre-dawn meal) item during Ramadan. Aalu Ki Bhujiya is a filling and flavorful breakfast option that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Oil – 1 Cup
- Potato – Half Kg
- Green chili – 5-6
- Tomato – 5-6
- Salt – To Taste
- Red chili – 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric – ½
- Zeera – 1
- Ajwain – ½
- Green Coriander / Green Chillies – For Garnish
Method
Heat oil adds sliced cut potatoes, Fry, until colour change. On another stove burn tomatoes leave for 10 minutes and peel off. Then cut into small pieces or chopped add with potatoes fry, add all spices, and fry for a good 7 to 10 minutes, if you feel the potatoes are not tendered then add half a cup water and cover on low flame. in end add green chilies and cover for 4 to 5 minutes. Dish out and garnish with coriander.
