This recipe will maintain your hydrant levels back up. Tuk malanga or basil seeds are rich in benefits. Don’t judge it by its size. It’s rich in fibre, can help you maintain your heart rate, reduce blood pressure and also helps in weight loss.

Ingredient:

  • Sugar: 2 Cups
  • Tukh Malanga : 2 Tbsp
  • Rooh Afza : As Per Taste
  • Ice: Ice Cubes
  • Water: 2 litre

Method

In half glass water soak 2 tbsp Tukh Malanga and leave for 10 minutes.
In a jug add water, Sugar add rooh afza ( Or any other laal sharbat ) mix
Take different glasses, add Tukh malanga, add Ice cubes. Pour sharbat Chill and enjoy refreshing drink in iftar
