Potato cheese balls are a popular snack food that can be enjoyed on their own or as a complement to other dishes. Ingredient:
- Potato : 3 Large Boiled and Mashed
- Salt : As Per Taste
- Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tbsp
- Green Chillies : 2 Choppe
- Ajwain : 1 Tsp
- Bread Crumbs : 2 lices
- Onion : 1 Large Chopped
- Oil : For Frying
For Coating:
- Eggs : 2
- Bread Crumbs : 3 Sl
Method
In a big bowl add mashed potato, Bread Crumbs, Ajwain, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Green Chopped Chillies, and Chopped Onions and mix all together for 10 minutes.
Flat on hand and take half in a cheese piece. Press in hand and make balls. Coat with eggs and then coat with Bread Crumbs. Press slightly and coat again with Crumbs
Cut their bag and set it for freezing. You can freeze for months.
Fry in low-heat oil and fry all sides well. Serve with ketchup or any other sauce
