Beef Boti Karahi is a mouthwatering and aromatic Pakistani dish made with tender chunks of beef (boti) cooked in a karahi (wok) with a flavorful blend of spices and tomatoes. It is a popular and hearty dish enjoyed with naan, roti, or rice. Here’s a simple recipe to make Beef Boti Karahi at home:

Ingredient:

 

  1. Beef Boti – Half Kg ( Cut in Small Pieces )
  2. Onion – 1 Medium
  3. Tomato – 1 Medium
  4. Green Chillies – 8/10 
  5. Salt – To Taste
  6. Black Pepper – 1 Tbsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tbsp
  8. Turmeric Powder – ½ Tbsp
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp 
  10. Oil – Half Cup 
  11. Green Coriander – For Garnishing
  12. Lemons – 2/3

Method

In a deep wok add beef, onion, tomato, 2 chillies, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and gg paste add 1 litre water mix all, and cover. Cook on low to medium flame until the beef gets tender. Now dry excess water, add oil and black pepper. Fry well until the color changes. When oil is separated dish out, garnish with green chilies, lemon, and green coriander\
