Ingredient:
- Beef Boti – Half Kg ( Cut in Small Pieces )
- Onion – 1 Medium
- Tomato – 1 Medium
- Green Chillies – 8/10
- Salt – To Taste
- Black Pepper – 1 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
- Oil – Half Cup
- Green Coriander – For Garnishing
- Lemons – 2/3
Method
In a deep wok add beef, onion, tomato, 2 chillies, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and gg paste add 1 litre water mix all, and cover. Cook on low to medium flame until the beef gets tender. Now dry excess water, add oil and black pepper. Fry well until the color changes. When oil is separated dish out, garnish with green chilies, lemon, and green coriander\
