One of the most common dishes in the home and is very quick and easy to make. Easy to find ingredients at home. This one has little gravy to fulfill all the requirements. A must-try for Sehri, iftari, or even Eid Dawat. Delicious food to suit your budget and dining table.

Ingredient:

  • OIL – ½  Cup
  • Onion – 3 Medium chopped
  • Tomato – 3 Medium chopped
  • Green Chillies – 8 – 10
  • Coriander – A hand full of
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Turmeric – ½ Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Ginger –  1 inch piece

Method

Heat oil, add onions, and sauté. Add chicken karahi pieces until the color changes. Then add ginger paste, and green chilies very good for 5 – 7 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric. Fry for 10 minutes. Add half a cup of water and cover on medium flame.
Add whole green chilies and fry until oil separates. Then again add half a cup of water and cover to make your desired gravy.
Dish out and garnish with garam masala powder, chopped coriander, and julienne-cut ginger.
